Description of changes:

General

• Updated React Native to 0.82.1
• Enabled and migrated to the new architecture
• Updated project to react-native-builder-bob 0.40.13
• Removed flow types
• Updated AmazonIVSPlayer to 1.46.0
• Updated dependencies to latests versions
• Removed old unused files (eclipse editor config, multiple native files etc...)
• Updated and fixed styling in example app
• Removed outdated jest test 'Passing onPipChange down works correctly with string
• Updated to yarn v3.6

iOS

• Added missing prop maxBitrate

Android

• Added missing props breakpoints and progressInterval
